Blue Ridge - Fresh Lettuce & Spinach with blue cheese, walnuts, and dried cranberries
Caesar Salad – add  Chicken or Portabella! - Croutons, Asiago Cheese & our signature caesar dressing
House - Fresh Lettuce & Spinach, croutons, oni ons, and green peppers with our signature Italian dressing                                     Fresh Tomato & Mozzarella – Roma tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil with oil & vinegar drizzled on top
Add Ons - Onions, Hot or Green peppers, Fresh Basil, Green or Black Olives, or Croutons $.30. Grilled Chicken, Fresh Portabella, Pesto, Cheese (Blue, Mozz, Feta), Kalamata Olives, Pepperoni , Dried Cranberries or Walnuts

Hummus & Pita Chips – Fresh, Homemade Hummus, olive tapenade & pita chips made from our flatbread dough
Berry Delicious - Fresh Berries & Brie cheese on a flatbread - Try this one with a glass of Pinot Grigio! Serves 2-3

FLATBREADS
Hand Tossed, topped with the best ingredients available and cooked on a soapstone hearth in our hand built wood-fired oven. Served fresh all day and night! Served in two sizes Small (serves 1-2) and Large (serves 2-3)
Margaherita - San Marzano tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil
Classic Cheese - San Marzano Tomato Sauce & our blend of Provolone, Mozzarella & Parmesan Cheeses
Pepperoni - Add a mountain of Pepperoni to our classic cheese - mmmm!
Sausage & Onion - Like it says…Try a Stout to round out this meal.
Pesto & Prosciutto - San Marzano Tomato Sauce & our cheese blend covered with dollops of fresh Pesto & Italian Prosciutto
Fire on the Mountain - Fresh Smoked Mozzarella, Sausage, Pepperoni, Pepper Rings, Onions, Spicy Chipotle Sauce, Tomato Sauce. To bring out the spice have this one with the IPA; for less zest wash it down with the Amber Ale.
Olive Another - Olive Tapenade, Fresh Mozzarella & Roasted Red Pepper. Try it with Artichoke hearts!!
Mushroom Medley - Fresh Portabellas, Asiago Cheese, Garlic & Olive Oil. Try this one with Prosciutto & an IPA!
Pineapple & Prosciutto- Hawaiian flatbread with an Italian twist. Complete the fusion with an ice cold Sangria
Big Fat Greek - Pesto Sauce, Roasted Red Pepper, Feta, Black Olives, and Dill
Buffalo Chicken - Grilled Chicken Breast, Buffalo Wing Sauce, and Blue Cheese

Located on Sang Run Road just past the Wisp Resort entrance, Mountain State Brewing Co. is bringing hand-crafted ales back to the Deep Creek Lake community.
