The Pub & Brewery:

 

Mountain State Brewing Co. is located  at 1 Nelson Blvd, the intersection of Rte 32 and Nelson Blvd - in between Kidwell's Auto Parts and the Citgo Gas Station.

From Canaan Valley and South of Thomas:

 

Continue north on Rte 32 two miles past Davis. MSBC is located on the crest of the hill before descending to downtown Thomas, just after Kidwell Auto Parts and before the Citgo Gas Station on the left.

 

From Oakland MD, Parsons, and Northwest of Thomas:

Follow Rte 219 to downtown Thomas. Continue straight onto Rte 32 South to the top of the hill. The brewery is on the right just after the Citgo Gas Station.
